You can run a mile, but can you run a mile with a pile of perogies in your belly? It’s time to find out!
About this Event
Run 4 laps of the track (1600m or 1 mile) as quickly as you can, eating a perogy or two each lap. Finish all 4 laps, keeping said perogies in your belly, and have some laughs (or groans) along the way.
If you’re crazy enough to try this, you’re invited! Depending on number of sign-ups, we may have separate youth and adult races.
Because you know that painful things are fun, afterwards (see Type 2 Fun).
When and Where
Stoneybrook Middle School track at 6:30pm on Wednesday, Oct 12. (Meaning you can eat lots at Thanksgiving and call it “training”.) Registration closes Tues, Oct 11.
FREE. We’re accepting cash donations or non-perishable food items for Southeast Helping Hands. Either donate during online registration or bring it to the event.
